A BIT MORE DETAIL

However, not only the extensive assortment turns the fahrrad.de store into an attractive destination for bike fans. Two further core areas are the service point and the big workshop with repair possibilities and workshop services like cleaning, equipment assembly and tire change. In addition, customers benefit from an individual adjustment service which is offered for both, owned and new bikes. Moreover, special services like measuring sit bone width, software updates for e-bikes and bike measuring are provided. The transfer from online to offline and back is also perfectly possible in the new store. Customers can choose their favorite bike, order it at one of the digital in-store terminals or use the terminals to search for more models. They can also take a Rad Card of their favorite model and order it online from home. “We are serious about multi-channel. It doesn’t matter if online or in a stationary store: our brands are present everywhere and at any time. Our customers are in the center of everything we do. They decide when and where they want to purchase our products. With our store in Stuttgart, Berlin, and Düsseldorf we underpin our aspiration to take new ways, to set trends and to thrill bike enthusiasts”, says Kai Ehlers, Director Multichannel of internetstores. On June 27, the Berlin store is opening it’s doors for all bike lovers and enthusiasts.
