A BIT MORE DETAIL

Treptown is a location designed to offer people a balanced relationship between creativity and relaxation in the workplace. The industrial heritage of the site and its direct connection to the park are utilized to establish a connection to the modern work environment. The goal is to create a new, environmentally conscious community.

Through a complete renovation and restoration of partially protected structures, approximately 18,000 m² of existing space, and about 15,000 m² of new construction, new life is being breathed into the area. The place is transforming into a vibrant space for everyone. To ensure that in the future, work meets leisure, sports meets play, and history meets novelty, exchange, creativity, and relaxation have been integrated by Dan Pearlman within the site development and profiling that has taken place.

The vision for the site sets new standards for an ecosystem where work and life intertwine. Through offerings that place people at the center, the future tenants are to be supported in enhancing their creativity, innovation, and productivity. Thus, a total of twelve building sections are being created, which will also meet all the requirements of the modern work environment tomorrow.
