After two years of development and testing, the bonprix pilot store has officially opened its doors on 14 February. The pilot store is located on Mönckebergstr. 11 in the beautiful Hamburg city center. From now on, customers, visitors and interested parties can immerse themselves in the new bonprix world from Monday to Saturday, from 10am to 8pm.
Together with the brand architects from the dan pearlman Group, bonprix developed the concept of the pilot store. The retail specialists from Vizona were responsible for the shopfitting. In addition, the existing bonprix app was further developed in cooperation with Apploft. For the integration of an RFID system, bonprix worked together with the experts from Mieloo & Alexander. The POS software in the pilot store was created by GK Software.
Under the motto “fashion connect”, bonprix systematically combines the advantages of stationary retail and online shopping. In order to guarantee an experience of current fashion trends in a uniquely comfortable and inspiring way, the stroll around the trendy retail space with showroom character is app-assisted. Moreover, smart fitting rooms create a feel-good atmosphere. With the convenient payment by app, bonprix relies on intuitive technologies to turn the visit into a unique, digitally supported shopping experience.
For bonprix, “fashion connect” is not only a brand flagship but also an experimental shopping lab. Following the opening, the development and continuous improvement of the shopping experience will remain in focus.
