The scaling of these extraordinary organisms defines their functionality, the standards of humans and avatars determine the parameters of their performance, their (re-)production takes place on demand. Epiphytes enable a mixed reality to be intuitively experienced. The forward looking assimilation of both habitats defines not only creation and experience, but also development, manufacture (digital crafts) and materiality of the binarybotanical organisms. The correlation between 3d-CAD design, 5-axis simultaneous CNC technique and state-of-the-art Corian® material is steering an innovative development process.
