The new Pets Deli shop in Hamburg is in a premium A-location in the city, just like the shops in Berlin and Potsdam before it. As soon as you enter the shop, it is made very clear that dogs and their owners are very welcome here. It quickly becomes apparent that this is a shop for pet supplies, because the little furry friends are the centre of attention here. Nevertheless, the “look & feel” of the shop is unusual, because the whole shop looks perfectly designed and absolutely “grammable”. A neon sign confidently spreads the message of Pets Deli to the world: “Pets make the World a Better Place” – a beautiful statement and should not be missing in any of the stores.
The “Snack Bar” and the central checkout counter are considered the highlights of each store. The checkout counter is therefore tiled in a different, captivating pastel colour in each city. This not only creates a visual eye-catcher, but also a distinctive feature of the brand stores that is particularly valuable for social media. The store in Schöneberg shines in blue, in Hamburg a fresh pink. The central “Snack Bar” is of course not only a visual highlight for the two-legged visitors, but also the culinary favourite place in the store for all furry four-legged friends. The design of the stores is complemented by tiled cubes and cubes made of light oak veneer to display the store’s products. Wood is also used as a material for work surfaces, shelves and hanging rods as well as benches and drawers.
The Pets Deli range in the brand stores is rounded off by expert advice. Here, veterinarians and nutritionists help pet owners with their professional knowledge. They give tips when it comes to food advice or one or the other problem with the four-legged friend. And if the new food is just needed quickly, Pets Deli also offers an online pick-up or delivery service for the four-legged friends.
The new brand store in Munich will soon offer even more of a feel-good atmosphere. Here, Pets Deli will even go a step further and set up a café for people and pets, thus increasing the length of stay and quality of stay in the shop.
