On top of that, our HR team provides little treats for all teams throughout the year with the so-called Motto Months on the dan Campus, to sweeten everyday life in a sustainable way. From regional organic fruit boxes or snacks, to an ice cream box provided by a Berlin ice cream manufacturer during summer season or seasonal apple juice in autumn. In fact, we even offer massage vouchers during stressful times at the agency, because well-being is always taken care of on the dan campus.
In addition to the dan Café with a really great coffee machine, all dans have access to our own rooftop garden all year to enjoy a shady, relaxing spot for lunch break or after work drink. Designed in collaboration with Prinzessinnengärten, the rooftop garden provides a fresh, seasonal supply of herbs, fruit and vegetables for snacking and harvesting, especially during summer. If you have a green thumb, you are also welcome to garden with us and get involved in the rooftop garden team.
Mindfulness is also an important topic for us. We offer regular coaching sessions to all team members, and our company doctor is also available to all dans in absolute confidence at any time. When it comes to work-life balance, we have been a leading player in enabling various models for flexible working hours, home office arrangements, sabaticals and more since the foundation of the dan pearlman Group.
