The Concept Shopping Mall BIKINI BERLIN creates extraordinary content and individual offers. The BIKINI BERLIN brochure is also an extraordinary experience: Similar to a Russian doll it reveals the beauty and history of Berlin’s architectural highlights and its contemporary retail spaces. As part of a new communication strategy called “The Host of Creativity” the purpose of this brochure was to attract future tenants. The brochure was designed by dan pearlman within the holistic place making/branding strategy for BIKINI BERLIN.
Designed as a book in a book the brochure consists of four parts: The black cover showing the dotted logo that is printed with UV-varnis. The general information part shows pictures of the space and actual tenants. The third part in black and white is on history of the building. The last and smallest part presents contemporary design products that are sold there. All parts vary in size and color: gradients from pink to red and blue to green add freshness and the black and white part adds elegance. The overall matt paper supports the premium character of the brochure. In this way the brochure created a valuable and promising experience for the target group.
