Marion Heine, born in 1973, is the managing director of the communication agency spring brand ideas GmbH in Berlin, which joined dan pearlman Group in 2016. In the same year, Marion corporately founded the agency together with Levent Akinci. After studying art and design as well as political science and philosophy, Marion Heine started her creative career in 1996 at Springer & Jacoby. Between the years 2000 and 2015, she worked as a managing director at the Berlin-based agency Plantage, which she co-founded. During this time she embossed the brand MINI over a period of nine years. Besides her work for enterprises she stands for communication in the field of arts, culture, politics and location marketing/ local area promotion. Since four years she is responsible for the brand building and communication of the first urban contemporary art museum, Urban Nation, located in Berlin, while being involved in the collaboration with cooperation partners. For more than a year now, she bears the responsibility for the city’s capital campaign with her team of spring Brand Ideas as the leading agency within the dan pearlman Group. Marion Heine has always consecrated herself to the important social issues of our time, for example through honorary activities for the German society of the United Nations, or a long-term collaboration with the Bertelsmann Foundation for the development of sustainable communication concepts. In addition to her work at spring brand ideas, she is also currently active in the IMPCT’s advisory board, the Hub for social entrepreneurship, which is located in Hamburg. Moreover, she is consulting as a communication expert SAP’s „IT 4 Chance Programm”/ Ashoka Social Start Ups as well as the Ora Kinderhilfe. Marion Heine is the mother of three children and lives with her husband Olaf Heine in Berlin. In 2015 their family was growing again, as they received an escaped teenager from Syria.
