On behalf of the client, we delegate tasks, create and coordinate the project schedules, report and monitor costs, and supervise the construction progress and quality assurance. Finally, as general contractor we coordinate all subcontractors and various trades.

Alongside international retail and redevelopment projects we focus on the field of office and new work experiences, with our internationally experienced team of interdisciplinary architects, interior designers, and drafters work together cohesively on every project. We create a clear and transparent statement of costs aligning to the given budget to build trust and understanding.
