Björn Persche is a Senior Architect, Project Director and Creative Director at dan pearlman Erlebnisarchitektur GmbH, where he is involved in all major zoo projects. He has played a key role in the development of major zoo habitats and experiences including “Islands” at Chester Zoo, “Panda Garden” at Zoo Berlin, “Yukon Bay” at Erlebnis-Zoo Hannover, as well as “Lost Valley” and “Panda World” at Everland. A trained architect, Björn Persche joined dan pearlman in 2007. His areas of expertise include master planning, strategy, design and creative direction, with a particular focus on the development of immersive and experience-driven zoo environments.
