With the opening of Commerbank’s first city store on Uhlandstrasse in Berlin dan pearlman has created a modern and innovative branch store concept which introduces a pilot project to Commerzbank’s general course of modernization until 2016. Now the branch’s focus shifted to a clear service concept towards their customers. Now the bank’s employees act as hosts rather than just advisors.
